“Under all is the land” is contained in the opening  for REALTOR’s(r) Code of Ethics Preamble. This inspirational quote has been a portrayal of the nation’s land and a REALTOR’S (R) role in ensuing it’s “highest and best use.”

With this inspiration, the code of ethics has been the guideposts for my real estate license since 2000 and now my Brokerage called The Heartland.  The State of Missouri has beauty to offer at every turn.  We can travel from flat production ground to hills and forests with springs in just a few hours.

From our rural communities to our largest cities, there is a place for anyone to find a place for their family or huge corporation.From the smallest home to the largest farm or 1031 Exchange investment, I will offer my experience to bring you a successful sale or purchase.
